The invoice has emerged as a partisan competitor to the SBR invoice that was put ahead by the Republicans (SB 178) ten days in the past.
Notably, the invoice that was launched by the Democrats has no funding restrict. For comparability, the competing invoice has a 5% cap.
General, greater than 20 state-level SBR payments have now been launched within the US.
