THE HAGUE (Reuters) – The Worldwide Felony Courtroom (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for prime Russian commanders Sergei Kobylash and Viktor Sokolov over alleged battle crimes in Ukraine, it stated in a press release on Tuesday.

The ICC, based mostly in The Hague, stated there have been cheap grounds to consider that the 2 suspects had been liable for “missile strikes carried out by the forces below their command towards the Ukrainian electrical infrastructure from at the least 10 October 2022 till at the least 9 March 2023”.
