Russia says it foils Ukrainian plots to kill senior officers with disguised bombs By Reuters

MOSCOW (Reuters) -Russia’s Federal Safety Service stated on Thursday it had foiled a number of plots by Ukrainian intelligence providers to kill high-ranking Russian officers and their households in Moscow utilizing bombs disguised as energy banks or doc folders.
